The best Fish Supper I've ever had, fish amazing but could do with more chips. Overall great value for money, excellent service, staff cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend whether for delivery or going there in person, always look after you.

Came here to get fish and chips and the worse decision ever without exaggeration. Got litteraly 8 chips with a double fish supper and 8 with a single fish supper. No exaggeration. Called up to complain and they said this is our normal portion size but ended up sending a box of chips after an hour. Overall shocking quality of food.

Unfortunately not the best experiance at this take-away, I went round to order a simple large curry sauce and chips (same as I have ordered many times before) the store was busy, (i arrived at 16.55) and ordered the food.. I was then left outside in the cold whilst others were given their food that had been ordered after me.. Then to top it off, the order i was given was a small chips (they had not even put on the salt and vinegar id asked for) There was no way I was going to wait even longer (the total time was only 20 mins but it is only 1 just now and I am disabled) the worst bit, a nice lady came out and offered the lady that had ordered her food well after me to wait in her car, no offer of same to me, I would not under any circumstances create a scene on the street, but The whole experience has left me totally skunnered, I always thought my money was just as good as anyone elses, but apparently im wrong... Anyway, whinge over.. Reply to Owner : Hi, there may be some confusion, the lady that wss served before me ordered at the counter not too long after me, she had walked fully into the store and was asked by staff to leave and order from the door, she had definitely not ordered by phone, whilst I totally understand that ordering by phone/online is preferred at the moment there is no way for anyone to know this as there is no signage that i noticed and no-one mentioned this to me at the store.. (to be honest I usually get home delivery as walking/standing is an issue) I am under no illusion that ANY of this was malicious or intentional, it just worked out this way on this occasion and I was unwilling to complain in person as 1, The staff were too busy and 2, its impossible to complain from the street without raising my voice, so given my luck this evening id prob have gotten arrested for it) This is just one instance where I wasnt treated well by staff that were just too busy, nothing more..
