Fairly efficient terminal. Used Cruz del Sur From Puno to Arequipa, no problems and safe.

Confortable and plenty of restaurants and shops to stay busy while you wait for buses.

Small Bus Terminal, but is the only place you can find bus tickets to travel to other Cities outside Puno. I recommend Cruz del Sur, Tranzsela, Mer, Oltursa wich are the safest choices(theres accidents every day).
