Karen was AMAZING in our home search! She truly cares about her clients and will do anything and everything possible to get you into your home. We had lending issues (on lenders end not ours), but she worked with our sellers and made the sale happen-enduring all the stress that came with it and leaving us relaxed and taken are of. I'm writing in regards to a recently new construction home I purchase in the Port Charlotte area. My agent/representative was Karen Brock. I met Karen a little over a year ago, she helped and assisted me with the purchase. This was my first home purchase, and Karen made things go very easy and smooth. Dealing with me wasn't easy. At times, I was a bag of nerves and Karen had to talk me down off the bridge on several occasions.(LOL) Karen showed the upmost courtesy, professionalism and respect. Karen went well above and beyond the call of duty when it came to representing me, as well as with the purchase of my new home. Her caring nature and taking care of any issues that came up was done immediately as well as professionally. I must say, dealing with Karen was a pleasure and I'm sure dealing with me at times was very hard to do, however again, Karen, with her professionalism and knowlegde of the business, guided me through it with ease. I truly hope if someone is reading this, and is considering a better lifestyle and thinking about moving down to the sun coast, they should seek out the Florida Living Team at Keller Williams and ask for Karen. I must say, my parents are looking to make the jump to Florida as well, they saw how I was treated by Karen, and without a doubt, they are going to use the Florida Living Team at Keller Williams and use Karen Brock as well.
