We are moving to Port Charlotte from NYS. The process of getting our storage was very easy .Lily was passing us as we were looking for our spot and made sure we found it. She answered all our questions . The place is immaculate so very clean . So glad we chose this location. Highly reccomend.
I first had 2 appointments and they fell through. Then I came in to find a young man at the front desk. He was an absolute pleasure to be around. He made everything go so quick and easy and had a great sense of humor too! Thanks for all of your help Jeffrey....
The wife and I went down and got a unit on Luther Rd. The office manager Aria is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Only took a few minutes to set up the account and we were able to move in right away. Brand new place, kind of hidden which is good. Would recommend.
Aria was so helpful and made our application process so easy. Having office staff on sight 7 days a week is amazing. We love that it is a new facility with great access. Being able to move our belongings in on the weekend relieved so much stress.
My phone had died so I stopped in this location to ask for directions. Aria the girl in the office was so helpful. Printed me out directions and got me back on track. Just wanted to say thank you! Super kind staff here. If I ever need storage this is the first place I will go.
My mom is renting a unit at this location. We looked at a lot of places before we rented, and this one by far had the best prices. You might have trouble finding it. You have to get off the highway, turn on Rampart and then onto Luther. Don’t use Waze- It will tell you to pull off on the side of the highway LOL. Aria in the office was so patient with us and helped us get a great price. Thank you!
My husband and I are currently renting a unit at the Luther Road location. We were assisted by Aria, who was extremely helpful with helping us to select the unit that best suited our needs.
