I have an account here. Which I got a referral for. They told me I would get 50 bucks me and the person I had refer me. But when it got to the 90 days they told me that I wasn't qualified. When I made sure that I had asked when I started my account and Margie told me that I was 100 percent eligible. They are a deceitful bank. They lie to get business. They don't know how to train there staff. I wish I could go lower then a 1 star rating. This is one of the worst banks.

Waiting an hour to talk to someone about my wife getting her name changed on her account and then told us they can't do it without proof of name change. We offered our social security card and marriage license but refused. Would've saved us an hour if they had any resources in the bank telling us what we needed.

I go here strictly for my wife because she has an account here....it is the SLOWEST bank I have ever been in. Not to mention bank hours suck to begin with and they are closed on Saturdays...Teller and staff are nice though.
