I was at Westmed contact center for a year in Charlotte , I feel as though Westmed is very inconsiderate regards to your family well being as well as your own health, very unprofessional. Their point system is RIDICULOUS and the turn over rate is extremely high. Very stressful place to work and you had to deal with \Racist\ patients also. I would not recommend this place to anyone regardless of the pay.

We recently have been dealing with this medical billings company, and have had some pretty terrible experiences. The company billed for infant care under a wrong provider tax ID, and forgot to bill infant care under immediate care for insurance. Very persistent in not recognizing their errors. Makes me less likely to use their physicians because of their billing company.

I thought this place was a cafijng place. I am mistaken.. only thing this facility cares about us there money . I have health insurance and a 600 dept . Which I just found out . Today tried to make appointment. And tried to make a payment of 100 .00 . I couldn't agree with auto pay because the new debit card not being yet ... Well I'll go somewhere else and go with a new doctor as well.
