Extremely disappointed - my kids love coming here and we made plans to meet with friends for a kids' play date and lunch. When we arrived, they informed us that their play area was reserved by a private group and wouldn't be available. There's no notice of this on their Facebook, Instagram, or website and when I asked where I should've checked re: reservations, was told that they expect you to call ahead to make sure play is open. Anyone with kids knows how much of a hassle it is to get them loaded up and excited to go somewhere, only to be told when you arrive that those plans need to be cancelled on the spot.

The staff and environment at Pure Imagination Cafe is spot on. If you are looking for a place to have fun with the whole family, look no further! The play area and delicious food and specialty drinks make it worth the drive no matter what area of Rochester you are coming from.
We have enjoyed visiting this local cafe frequently upon discovery. The concept is delightful and the cafe is clean and the food very fresh. I originally met a friend for an early dinner here on a hot day in the fall during the first week back to teaching. We had beers in frosted mugs and it was just what I needed! After that first visit, I have been back in person at least twice a month and also lean on this cafe for fresh healthy foods to go. Please support this business during these difficult times.
Great Cafe, well decorated, ample parking, staff is friendly and the coffee and food items are good; and they're a Club Sponsor to the ROC City Mustangz!
A lot of hype in the local social circles so I had to check it out. Very large and. Spacious. Separate area for kids to play in, plenty of board games and even books. Prices seemed average for the area. 2 areas with couches and lots of tables. It's so open that I would guess it would tend to get loud in there if it was busy. The bathrooms were both unisex and very clean. Parking was plenty, but taking a left out on Buffalo Rd was horrendous. You can't really see the entrance from the road as it's a mixed use building.
