She was very informative of everything she was doing and why she was shaping them a certain way. She totally customized my eyebrows perfectly to my face and highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to get their eyebrows re-shaped, back on track or even to just clean up. Lemme tell you, Joy is incredible! I got a Brazilian from her and she made an intimate service very pleasant. She walks you through the full process step by step, and educates you about waxing and hair and skin, all while being a hoot! She is very thorough and makes sure to get every last little hair. 10/10 I’d recommend her to a friend! (For newbies, she even throws in an organic lip balm!) TL;DR: see Joy! You will love her!

I got a brazilian from here and had a great experience. She was very quick, thorough and I was comfortable the entire time. Whatever wax she used was amazing. I had barely any irritation afterwards which has never happened with any other waxing facility I've been too.
