I had a wonderful experience with PureOne Services - Atlanta Metro. Patrick/ Sandra and their team did a wonderful job at my home. The crew showed up on time and went through the proposed services in my contract upon arrival. The team worked diligently and did check in's throughout the day of their findings and other things in my crawl space that I needed to check in on: HVAC, and insulation for my refrigerator line. They crew was incredibly knowledgeable, and friendly. Lastly I just want to say for the services that were provided the price was very reasonable. Usually when I think about mold remediation I feel like the job will create a hole in my wallet but they were very reasonable. If you are looking for a company to do remediation or anything along those lines I definitely recommend this group, and will shoot all my contacts their business moving forward. Very Happy customer.

We had a great experience with PureOne and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest opinion on basement/crawlspace work. Patrick checked out our basement, gave us a reasonable quote, was able to get the work done very quickly, and showed up with a team of five guys when we told him that we were facing a deadline. Our basement looks amazing and both Patrick and his team were polite, professional, and hard working. I doubt you could find a better resource.

PureOne was timely, communicative, honest, professional, friendly, and accommodating. When I asked Sandra for an accommodation for easier payment, she made it happen. When I retroactively asked Pat to submit pictures and an invoice to my insurance company, he handled it. The workers they sent over were courteous and efficient, allowing me to look at the work they were doing in detail (mold remediation) to better understand my water problem. The company was flexible and accurate when it came to scheduling my job. I was working with roofers and rain, and they were patient with us. The quote for their time and cost was spot on! I highly recommend PureOne.
