This is a private property just beside puri light house on new marine drive Road at Baliapanda Housing Board Colony. Its on the sea beach beside Hans Coco Palm Resort. From outside it looks like abundant place as not a single door and windows kept open but in the night lights may be seen. The location is awesome.
