I purchased an AC that to be Samsung, by one of his staff name manas behera.from point one i started to tell you that his 1st behavior is customer attraction. After that he don't know U like that .i purchased through Bajaj finance,they charge me 1000 rs for processing. But in other store no processing charge for Samsung. Other may have for processing fees like voltas .everthing k. But they people didn't give me that outdoor AC unit angular.when i asked them for angular they told me its extra charges. But i found other store as free of cost. So guys if u go there for buying home appliances ,before u checked properly any other store n go to Sahoo distributors, which is situated at VIP road near to reilane fresh. Opposite to police line .Best of luck guys. I fully waste n it's ur turn......
