Very professional and well behaved staffs. Clean showroom. Booked the vehicle on Wednesday and it was ready for delivery on Saturday. This is the only Honda motorcycle showroom in Puri town and their service is very good during the sells period.

Customer service very bad and ac not working and WiFi not working toilet and washroom not wash covid Restriction not follow up properly.
Observed few staffs are too lazy. Just resting in comfort zone.

Rating is not a big matter, matter is commitment.. For me it was ignoring customers.. Some staffs are good enough, but some are too egoistic and they are thinking that they are the one one owner. But actual owner is a good person..One of sales executive commit me to give my winning item as I scratched a card while puja offer was going on and won something.. But they neither called me nor give me after I personally ask him for my winning reward. Like me so many other customers might got faced this situations..
