Very arrogant and rude behaviour. Charges extra in the name of toll, wherein there are no tolls anywhere in between the nearby places. When asked came up with an excuse of fasttag, whereas Fasttag has not been implemented in entire odisha. Fraud. On the contrary, dont belive any Tours and Travel agency from Puri, rather book you car from bhubneshwar.
