Need renovation immediately, Every rooms kitchen's window glass is broken, Water Purifier not working, Servicing needed. TV not working in every room. Bathroom comode sistank leakage. Rooms are not cleaning properly....

It's an awful experience we had in Puri...The guest house is in good location but it's not at all maintained by the existing staffs..You can see the walls are broken, toilets are not clean at all, AC rooms are just by the name as most of the acs don't work or unfunctionable
Near New Kakatua Restaurant (Veg.) Worst place. Too much dirty. Awaak smells. 5 to 7min walking distance from new marine drive sea beach. 15min walking distance from swargadwar.
Good place for family. Manager dutta da is awesome. Undergoing renovation after storm Fani (August 2019). It is situated approximately middle of triangle Puri temple, swargadwar and Puri golden beach. These three places are walking distance of about 10 minutes in moderate speed. Room have a balcony, kitchen ( with cooking and serving utensils) and bathroom. Local market is near about 2 minutes walking distance. Also have many restaurants nearby.
Everything is good, rent per day is really cheap and AC room available there also. Sea beach is 10 to 15 minutes far from hotel. Owner is kinda talkative but he's a nice person. The main gate open at 5.00am everyday, if you reach at the destination early you have to wait.
