My 10 year old boy started at 87 Fitness & Fight Centre at the beginning of the year working under both Darren and Steve. Since then he has come on leaps and bounds with both his technical ability and more importantly, his self-confidence. Darren and Steve have been nothing short of spot on with my boy, showing him a warm welcome, attentiveness and the encouragement that he needed... And a mean right hook! I look forward to watching my son develop and grow under watchful and knowledgeable eyes of the ever growing coaching team. Well done gents!

87 Fitness is a great place to train for children and adults of all different abilities Darren and Steve are great instructors and put in so much effort with the kids, which is lovely to see. The ladies classes are hard work but also great fun. They are never the same which is brilliant if you like variety. You never know what to expect I would definitely recommend 87 fitness as a great place to get fit

Great gym! It’s such a friendly, upbeat place with great HIT classes. Emma’s ladies kickboxing classes are fab. If you want to train in Martial Arts this is your place. Darren and Steve are great trainers

An amazing place to train your young ones, although trains all ages. Value for money and experienced staff who endeavour to train each to their own abilities. Highly recommend to all x
