Really highly recommended. A calm environment as soon as I stepped in. I had a 1 hour massage and could tell the therapist knew what she was doing. Looking forward to the second visit.

Honestly quite sad at the way the receptionist spoke to us on the phone and then hung up. Expected much better service from a place that's supposed to help you feel relaxed.

This was our first time visiting Ananta massage. My massage was great, Jeana is a great masseuse, very friendly and you can tell she has a lot of knowledge! However there’s a couple of points which sadly ruined our experience yesterday. 1) When we arrived we filled out a form to say which parts of our body we didn’t want touched. My partner said he didn’t want his hair touched and I said I didn’t want my face touched - this is because we were meant to go out to lunch after the massage. Towards the end of the massage my partner fell asleep and woke up to the masseuse massaging his head! Jeana also placed her hands on my face with a lot of oil (at this point I thought there’s no point in telling her to stop as it’s too late). I’m quite disappointed both masseuses didn’t take the time to read both of our forms when we had written this. 2) The door bell rang twice while I was having my massage and both times I was interrupted while the door was answered. I found this to be really unprofessional and I have to say I’ve never experienced this before. I thought maybe an extra 5 minutes would be added on at the end for the inconvenience, but mine and my partners massage finished at the same time. To improve this, a receptionist should be hired. If these two things didn’t happen this massage would have been a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience.
