Not sure how it got a 4.1 rating! I'd give it half a star if i can. The only thing it has going for it is the proximity to the train station, The fact they have a car park and that’s it!! *Spin bikes are rubbish *Gym equipment are of poor quality and when things break it can take 3 weeks and more to be fixed *Most equipment there's only 1 of so be prepared to wait to get pestered with "how many sets do you have left?" * Expect your comment and complaints to be ignored and dismissed! * Air cons are old and in the summer most don't work or have buckets underneath for water to drip into * No abs machines The list is long but to sum it up I’d say there are much better gyms in the area. In their defence I have to say this. * It has a great atmosphere but that’s nothing to do with what they do. more a reflection of their clients. *Some of the instructors, staff and classes are really professional and good.

Hot yoga community at Dynamics is positive, friendly & steadily growing! Everyone deserves a break and you definitely notice the benefit of yoga with infrared heat ...deep tissue therapy in a holistic workout - nice!
If you sign up a contract you are wasting your money. The management is bunch of idiots with no respect or communication. The sales people will pamper you like a baby to get the contract and once you in to the trap, that's it and they never let you go. You will see their real face once you approach them to cancel the contract. The gym is not amazing compare to the amount you pay. Virgin and Nuffield got more equipments than these people and charge the same. Sometime you have to wait to get the treadmills and cross trainers when it's busy. Pure gym is far more better than Dynamics.
Ok equipment, god-awful management and communication. If everything goes off without a hitch, then you can probably get by with Dynamics (assuming you are willing to shell out relatively stupid money for a bare-bones gym with only treadmills and weights). I had a situation where I chose to freeze my membership at the suggestion of a member of staff, since I was out of the country and working for the next months. 3 months later I found I had only avoided being charged on the first month I activated the freeze. I thought this was an easily rectifiable issue, I would be refunded, and I could go back to using the gym. However, the manager essentially shut me down, and said it was as much my fault as the member of staff because I had not stated the exact amount of months I wanted the freeze. She offered me one month refund as a “gesture of goodwill”, instead of the 3 they charged me for. I wrote back and pointed out that the member of staff had not communicated how the freeze worked, and it was signed without a clear indication of number of months. I also attached my business trips showing I would not have needed the gym. I received a curt reply that there would be no reconsideration, after talking to the owner. To Summarise: the manager offered no consideration of the blatant fault of her own staff, choosing instead to place blame at the feet of the customer for not knowing something I had not been told (this info is also not available on website or anywhere). I have frozen my membership for the next 6 months, and will not use the gym again on pure principle. I would suggest you go to Pure Gym down the road for half the price. Better equipment, pool, and a real customer service system.
An awful gym, run very badly. The manager, Patrick, does not have a clue about what he is doing. The hot yoga is of poor quality. I would save your money and go elsewhere!
