Went here yesterday to acquire info about made to measure blinds (since it's nowhere to be found on the website) but the trip was a waste of time. Walked up to a employee, they called someone in the back and after waiting for 15min there no one came, there was no one at the help desk either so we went home. Amazing customer service (not!)
