I normally don’t take the time to write reviews. Usually only when I’ve had a really bad experience. I decided to write this one because the service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Amar Tour and Travels. Local family I was staying with in New Delhi turned me on to this service. They provided full service from airport pick up, full day and half day drivers around town and transportation for day and overnight excursions outside the immediate area. They offer a premium service with a fleet of various levels of comfortable modern cars. The drivers provided were professional and prompt with enough knowledge of the English language to be able to communicate effectively. As a woman traveling solo in India, I was concerned about my safety. All the Divers I encountered made it a top priority that I was safe and out of harm. Once service was complete, the owner of the company took the time to personally text me for feedback. During my two-week visit in Delhi, I used Amar Tour and Travels for full and half day hire services around Delhi. As well as a day trip to Agra visiting the Taj Mahal and an overnight excursion to Jaipur. While in Jaipur the two-night at a five-star hotel was book by Amar Tour and Travels. As part of the service, they pay upfront for the hotel accommodations making it easy to plan. I highly recommend this service because once in India, booking hotels online can be a bit of a challenge. Once arriving at the hotel, I was contacted by the service to confirm that the drive and hotel check-in went smoothly. Overall Amar Tour and Travels provided an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to friends and family. Having access to this service really help to make my first time to India an enjoyable experience. Well worth the premium price for a car service.

Very bad service. Twice I have booked tickets with them. I gave money to book tatkal tickets, but they booked general waiting tickets. Top of that they are asking for more money. And when I was complaining for this, they are telling that they will cancel the tickets. Such a bad service they are providing. They are Froude people, simply robbing customer money and yelling at customer. Froud people close your agency, if you don't serve is properly and don't understand customer situation.
