there is no problem in any transaction but the only problem I am facing right now is is about mentally harassment by the employee working in that bank. There is my mother's account in the same bank who is employed by the Bihar Government.but due to corona or election or any other reasons which are not known to me, salary for a period of 4 to 5 months is still pending , therefore we are unable to deposit the EMI of the loan at right time last month and might not to next too, due to which I am getting harassed by the employee from that Bank,She asks every time about paying of the money. she asked my mother that the bank didn't give you loan .Why don't the bank also make a contract or agreement which must be legal so that if there is delay in salary one cannot mentally exploit any of its customer mentally. if banks cannot cooperate with its customers then who will? Should I fight with Bihar government or not granting salary on time. the only thing that can be managed but banks doesn't understand anything. banks only think of itself not about its customers.from the past few months or years I have paid every installment on time. but the following reasons made us unable to pay it on time. so it's the duty of the bank so that it can not harrass any of its customers. we are not Nirav Modi on Mallya , just common man with common family and we are not going to leave the current place just by getting a loan of lacs.
