Horrible service. Lack of communication. Lack of follow up. I was following up with them more then they were with me and I don’t even work for them. Rude associate named Cheryl. Never bothered to call me to tell me they fired my project manager. Never bothered to call me to tell me I owed 100.00 to get my paperwork. Never called me to schedule phase 2. Never called me at all. Had a bad attitude when asked why they failed to contact me and left my wall open and exposed to moisture. They thought it was funny. Unprofessional! After I was laughed at, they were offended I complained about being stonewalled and not getting any answers. Then they refused to complete the project because “things went sour.” Whose fault is that? Own up to your mistakes as a business and take care of customers. They left a comment on this trying to make it sound like my final bill isn’t paid. Everything was paid in full after having to call these people multiple times to find out what I owed. Don’t try to make your failures as a business sound like my failures. That’s what predators do. Obviously there are failures since people are being fired. More people should be fired for them to get it right. It is the companies responsibility to schedule customers and let them know their project manager was fired. It is the companies responsibility to let customers know what they owe. It is the companies responsibility to make sure fired managers projects are finish. Shouldn’t have to tell you that Purofirst, Thank you.

They used machines for a dry out. The machines damaged my brand new flooring that was installed 4 months ago. Unfortunately the flooring color is discontinued and if I want my floors to matnow I'm stuck with huge gashes in my flooringh, I have to replace my ENTIRE floor which cost me over 7k.They aren't careful and I

I absolutely loved the various teams that came out to help me in my time of need. The emergency repair workers came out, and had such a positive attitude when I was so upset about the flooding. Then the actual repair workers who came out to re-paint, and replace and re-install my floors!! Loved it. The work came out so nice, and they did not do a cheap job. They worked so hard!

Purofirst came highly recommend to me through a friend that had some work done through them. My friends house flooded and she said they came out , were extremely professional and took care of everything in a timely matter. This to me was an understatement! Everyone from start to finish from the emergency call to the final walk through were amazing. I hope I will never need another service like this done, but if I do, theres no question on which company I would call to take care of me, my house and my family. From the time they knock on your door they look extremely professional and have a great attitude. They come in, inspect, show you everything that is going on and explains everything in detail until you understand what needs to be done. They are really flexible on scheduling times according to your work schedule as well. They help you feel better about any situation during bad times. Not enough can be said about Purofirst you have to experience them first hand. The general contractors they work with are also very good at what they do. So a big thank you to Purofirst and the entire team that turned my house back into a home!
