I would NOT TRUST them with my money or property. The office NEVER has anyone there to answer calls or see customers face to face. They DO NOT return calls or reply to messages left on voicemail. Worst service I've ever come across in sales/lettings. Are these guys even legit or is it just a sham company someone is using as a front??

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received, they kept in regular touch with me and were unfailingly polite and helpful. Considerably better than my experience with a local estate agency. i have no hesitation in endorsing a better move, would highly recommend using Purple estates for your next move!
