Basically, I called them the evening of the 17th and they asked if it was an emergency. I told them they could come out in the morning and he asked me to take a photo of the problem. I did take a picture and text him. He figured out what the problem was and told me that he would come in the morning. He called the next morning, texted me at least twice and let me know he was coming. He had to make a stop first and told me he would come to me just to let me know that he hadn't forgotten me. He texted me to let me know he was on the way and when he was there outside. He kept the lines of communication open, so I was very pleased about that. He fixed it and I haven't had any problems since then. Thank you MegaCool.
