Iam not satisfied with this courier service compared to other. And you cannot easily find the office easily

Totally unprofessional! Sent an urgent document from Abu Dhabi to Puttur. They've given no status update through phone or text and sent back the parcel saying parcel is out of deliverable area. This we came to know after we went and inquired in the office. If it was out of deliverable area, they could have told us before we payed for the parcel.
