Nurses are rude in first aid department, doesn't know how to speak with a injured personed which makes way difficult for anyone to be there. Please be friendly it will make patients better. I'm not at all happy with the service.

Recently my wife maternity treatment is taken in this hospital,excellent treated by Doctor,nurses and all its staffs.thank you so much......
Worst experience by far in any hospital I've visited so far.There is no coordination between departments.Staffs are rude, especially nurses.I couldn't find any humanitarian concern from the nursing staff.Such a disorganised system of working they've got.
I visited gynecologist few month back and she did ma delivery normal..I'm very happy about it....

Doctors and consultancy are very good. BUT , Infrastructure is worst than a govt hospital. Hygiene is below par. No procedures/protocols to clean or maintain the patient rooms- They don’t change bedsheets daily or anything UNLESS we had to specifically request and argue/explain it as if we are asking something special. Beds are full of bed bugs and ants. Beds and other general equipments are worn-out/unusable. No idea why they charge 900 Rupees for the room when the service is not worth even for 400 ? We had to run up and down with a 70 year old patient when she was bitten by ants in the bed and later were shifted to deluxe room where in the bed was full of LIVE bed bugs. Maintanance/Facility management DOES NOT exist.hen service is not worth even 400? Patients/attendant are being asked to administer medications which is supposed to be done by Nurses. What would happen if attendant (who are normally uneducated/don’t have any knowledge of medicines) give wrong/different doses of medications? WHO will be held responsible? Nurses get irritated and angry if patients has any requests. It can be understood that they are working under pressure. Having a qualified doctor alone won’t help especially when we need to get admitted for treatment. It’s a humble request to work on improving all aspects of hospital. Mahaveer is a good hospital if you just wanted consultations with doctors. Not recommended for in-patient treatment. We had nebulazitavtions and the mask was non-sterilized and no idea if it will actually bring more illnesses. They have renovated floorings and walls. There’s a lot more to improve - Beddings, Small table in the room( full of rusts and broken). Bathroom is really old and closets/wash basins are full of stains. Hope they will work on improving things and to be more professionally managed hospital.
It's a best hospital,All Doctors and staffs here are care taking and customer friendly.
Very Good Consultancy They look professional.The Hospital is well built.I went there today and met a nice young lady doctor who was on duty was patient enough to ask me my problems and directed me to a surgeon.Good Care.Satisfied.Overall I feel the hospital is good.
