So I tried to send a email to the pwllheli asda store but seem to struggle in being able to get a message across. And feel silly in making a call. But I wanted to give a huge shout out to all the team. Who without fail everytime I go in after I have finished my own shift working in a similar role in retail, I'm greeted with kind smiles. I asked a lovely young gent who was working on the fresh aisle the other day if they had a certain product. He assisted in helping with a lovely warm smile and whom was very kind and thoughtful. At a time thats very stressful for all staff 'well everyone in matter of fact' but specially retail staff... everyone is always lovely and I'm always left feeling greatful to be treated with respect. So hats off to you all guys. You deserve lots of recognition
Asda pwllheli is clear example of my google should have negative stars. My 84 years young farther whom has worked for NHS all his life has just spent 170 pound and 2 hrs 15mins of his life shopping here. Following the covid guidance politely doing a big shop as they have to isolate. He had been round the shop over five times looking for items which the staff couldn't find and advised of different places. Then he found two credit cards and had to queue at customer services to hand them in behind a queue of frustrated moaning disgruntled local Asda customer. Finally he manged to leave after pack the car no offer of assistance of help. To arrive home to find he has now a threatening letter from Asda hiding behind parking eye demanding money with menice for over staying in carpark they demanded an extra 40 for parking ???!!! The reasons he was in there so long was due to Asda staff incompitance and for following covid guidance and being helpful. Unlike Asda staff whom just put profit over customer service and are clearly profiteering out of covid. They are an absolute disgraced and this store should be closed!!
Complete lack of compitance from staff who are unable to stack shelves correctly making it impossible for the customer to know what is what when signage is incorrect and staff speak obnoxiously to you when asking for a refund only to be the sign not be 3 inches away is for a different offer. During lockdown I have been so very disappointed with Asda and its customer services after years of loyal custom. Never mind the customers right, the customers spoken to like a piece of dirt by staff who wasn't even a uniform. Will not return to Asda pwllheli ever again.
