We first visited Caer Odyn some 40 years ago with a Swift Corniche touring caravan. The site is mainly for statics but caters for a few tourers as well as the static caravans We were very impressed with the site and bought a secondhand static caravan a couple of years later. We then upgraded to a newer static which we had for several years and only sold when my mother in law came to live with us in Shropshire and we couldn't really get away to the caravan. She passed away recently and my son persuaded us to revisit the area. Facilities at the site had by then been upgraded with a new toilet block, washing room etc. We decided to buy a large Fendt touring caravan and placed it on one of the seasonal tourer pitches. As previously we were so pleased to be on the site that we sold the tourer and bought a new static last year. We really love this site which is well laid out and well maintained and can really recommend the site to anyone looking for a quiet site in a beautiful location on the fabulous Llyn Peninsula within walking distance of the beach which includes the Ty Coch pub..
