We visited here yesterday and would just like to thank the team for such a fun morning. Jack who ran the Archery was really friendly and excellent at teaching on various levels from our 6 year old up to the adults. Also to the ladies running the kayaking and paddle boarding activities. Really put us at ease with us all being beginners. Highly recommend this place. Great fun

The facilities are super dated (as pictured on the photos I've added). Not a place for a young family at all although I appreciate that if you had teens with you and wanted to do some go-cart racing it could be fun perhaps. Although I am not sure how safe all of the equipment is. There is soft play but judging on how dirty and falling apart everything was we just gave it a miss. Also we found the Instagram pictures very deceiving so I am giving it a 1.

We have visited here for years now and seen it grow however we missed last year so been a break however I think the go karts need some investment. The go karts are very tired and look to be held together with what ever is lying around the workshop to keep them going, my bumper was dragging around the circuit, sons kart broke down after 4 corners (quickly replaced though) and daughters seat belt snapped before she set off (kart swapped straight away) so it's hit and miss if you get a kart that has some decent speed and one that plods along or runs correctly but when your up and running it's a good 15 mins of fun unless your going there to be competitive and want bragging rights over your mates. Still worth visiting for a family race but don't expect top quality karting which is ashame because it used to be and cannot comment on the other activities but the go karting section needs abit of attention. Staff very polite and pleasant as always and will always do whatever they can to help and are a credit to the company.

Ok where to start here..? Customer service was good from the younger members of staff but the older guys only there to take the cash & grunt occasionally - poor. The coffee was dish water, seriously bad, instant coffee would have been better. Food was mediocre but edible. The place is grubby everywhere, thick dust all over the soft play. Didn't dare take my children on the play equipment or the karts, looked a health & safety nightmare. For goodness sake smile and scrub the place. How hard can it be?

We did kayaking, was only 8 quid each for 30 mins but the area you’re allowed to kayak on is pretty small and once you’ve done it for 5 mins you’ll want to do something else. Wouldn’t bother.

The karts were literally falling apart. The steering wheel was hanging of the kart I was given and in the race before ours, the wheel fell of the twin kart. The circuit was littered with various nuts and bolts which would be really dangerous if flicked up by another kart. Health and safety was next to nothing. Avoid at all costs. Make the journey to GYG Kart Circuit just outside of Corwen instead for a proper, safe experience.
