Great pub, fantastic views from the garden but as it was getting cool we came inside to eat as the sun set over the hills. Loved the pork belly, home made chips and veg. Red cabbage a highlight and a lovely rosemary and apricot jus. My better half enjoyed her chicken burger. Great pint too.

Best Sunday roast just like home! Group of us went on my birthday weekend and sat by the log fire. The roast pork was beautifully cooked, the roast potatoes crunchy and fluffy on the inside and the veg plentiful. Super gravy too! Definitely recommend finding this friendly pub. Will be going again when we next visit the area.

Great quality beer, good selection to choose from. Excellent homemade food, all locally sourced. Atmosphere was amazing, really good bunch of locals and tourists. Has a nice beer garden out front that'll be a suntrap in the summer too. Definitely recommend visiting.
