Beware the owner of this home/park Ed Giannasca took my 500 deposit for my daughters wedding, the wedding had to be cancelled due to groom (being in the military) and plans were changed 3 months prior to wedding, since grooms grandparents were friends with Ed Giannasca, I did not get receipt for deposit, I trusted him. Big mistake, I spoke to Ed, he told me I would get the money back, 5 months later I’m still trying to get my money back, he now tells me, the money was a donation to the park. Also Ed said all this work was to be done to finish the house before the wedding, and to date nothing has been done. I’m so disappointed I trusted someone that seemed so nice and sincere.
