I was advised to go there to take the passport picture if my 2-months old baby as they were \specialised\ in baby pictures. The technique used was me holding my baby trying to hide myself and my fingers from the camera. It resulted in a horrible picture which wasn't even accepted. On the other side, they printed for free a picture I took and which was ok for the passport. So not too bad.
