Unfortunately this place wasn't up to our expectations...We can't rate it more than one star. FOOD: we know Italian cuisine very well and the dishes we received were just kind of similar to the genuine counterparts ... Pasta was seriously over cooked (although this appears to be sadly usual in Austria), the salad was drowning in vinegar and dressing to an extent never before seen and my pizza wasn't really something to remember ... SERVICE: the girl that served us gave the impression of not understanding / speaking neither English nor German (and we were native speakers for one or the other) , she appeared pretty displeased to be working there and the waiting times (around 40 minutes) were incredible for are restaurant that was definitely not at its busiest time. LOCATION: it's a matter of taste, but this is the only thing I would praise as at least the building / forniture / fittings had some character and were in good state of repair. Purtroppo non all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. . . Non possiamo dare più di una stella. CIBO: conoscendo la cucina molto bene e possiamo dire che ciò che abbiamo ricevuto le somigliava soltanto in apparenza. . . La pasta era davvero scotta (anche se questo in Austria sembra una triste costante), L'insalata affogava nell'aceto e nel condimento in modo mai visto e la mia pizza si poteva tranquillamente dimenticare. SERVIZIO: la ragazza che ci ha serviti pareva non capire né parlare bene inglese o tedesco (noi siamo madrelingua di una e dell'altra), sembrava scocciata di lavorare lì e i tempi di attesa, circa 40 minuti, ci sono parsi incredibili per un ristorante che non era fatto pieno. AMBIENTE: è una questione di gusti, ma questo è l'unico punto che abbiamo apprezzato visto che almeno l'edificio e l'arredamento avevano un certo carattere ed erano in buono stato.

new place in town in the former anna W location. great pizza and beer, service was also polite and professional. definitely one of the hotspots and more fancy, contemporary places in poertschach
