The service was excellent in all aspects. I was a little bit worried having to pay beforehand as l had never done that before; but it is understandable. I received confirmation of my reservation straight away and a reminder text the day before my transfer. The driver arrived on time, he was very professional, friendly and l had some nice conversations on the long ride. The car was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The price is competitive with other quotes l got. I was extremely satisfied with the service and l will recommend it to other people!! Ps: Happy Holidays!

Q Cars are a fantastic airport taxi service. I used them for the first time mid December and I am so happy that I booked my taxit with Q Cars. The driver waited for me for over 15 mins as I was not ready at the booked time. Embarassingly my fault but the driver was very understanding and in fact, helped keep me calm as I arrived very flustered to meet him. He asked me to check if I had my passport and ticket and in general was so calm it helped me calm down as I was so panicked I'd be late for my flight. At the airport, I was dropped off at the drop off car park opposite the departure doors which meant I didn't have far to pull my very heavy suitcase to check in! Overall, great reliable service and I will be using Q cars again.
