Ordered fuel Jan 28, sent all pertinent information requested. No response. Called and sent email since I hadn't heard 2 weeks later, they 'never received' my request. Now charging today's rates (of course much higher.) Moral: communicate with them daily. Never had this experience elsewhere. Giving 2 stars because they were polite.

I was referred to this Company by my sister mainly due to the less expensive oil rates. I had a wonderful experience using this company and will definitely be using them in the future. I called the Q-Dog to order, the lady on the line was very nice and was kind enough to explained how and why their rates are the best as well as the same quality of fuel that all other reputable companies use. She seemed very proud of the fact! They delivered the oil the next day, however also called when they were enroute. The gentleman on the phone was chipper, pleasant and polite to a noticeable degree, you just don't hear that too much anymore so I want to give a huge shout out!!! Discount and incentive programs are fabulous too! 10 cents off each gallon of fuel per referral, how awesome is that to an already low cost. I will be using them again and keep on referring!!

We ran out of fuel on a Sunday despite being on \automatic\ delivery. I have an 88 yr old and a 86 yr old living with me and they both have health conditions. I tried every number I could find to report o-heat\ but no answer. Cheap fuel is nice but not at expense of good service or in the case of no heat!

I absolutely love having Q Dog as my oil delivery company. I was using another local company that I just didn’t get a positive interaction with any time I called. I have my ideas as to why but I digress. I always saw QDog trucks and one day my heat wasn’t coming on. I called them after calling previous company to no avail. The customer service at Q blew my mind. Not only was I told the problem, but also given a number to a company to resolve it. Keep in mind I wasn’t a customer. (Yet) It was only right that from that point on I used Q for my needs. There’s not a call that goes by that I’m not given absolute 100% quality customer service. I feel they genuinely care about establishing a relationship with their customers. Tammy has to be mentioned. I adore her and thank her. Signed, A forever customer. Or as long as I have this house :-)

I called Q Dog a couple weeks ago to set up an automatic oil delivery account, what a pleasant experience. After setting up the account, I had a delivery date and our first fill came right on time at the quoted price. Chris, our service pro was very pleasant and took his time pulling about a 100’ of hose to the back of my house through two gates to access the tank. I will continue using Q-Dog and highly recommend them.
