Absolute cowboys and true to form! Unfortunately there still is company’s like this trading and ripping people off. Was contracted to repoint one side of a house and was a shambles from start to finish (well when we kicked them of the job). Hugh Mcphee dropped some clown of that looked like he was on day release with no tools and no clue what he was doing. Hugh then had to request more money in order to buy the tools. After figuring out how to use the grinder and after several attempts they managed to complete a small section and then proceeded to use a desert SPOON to scope in a cheap bag of B&Q cement that was incorrectly mixed resulting in several different colours. Unfortunately it gets worse after inspecting the work they had carried it was clear to see the amount of damage they have caused from 20 cut marks across the window, several scratches on adjoining brick work, multiple gauges to the ruff casting and destroying the house number that they decided not to remove prior to the work. The damage caused is well in excess of 1,000 and I now find myself chasing Hugh for a full refund for what we paid so far and to be reimbursed for the damage he and his “company” have caused. The only saving grace I suppose and the only reason he does answer is phone is I took his scaffolding before he could disappear without putting right the mess he has caused however now have his very emotional brother calling crying about his scaffolding. The company has been reported to trading standards and pictures have now been sent to relevant people.Stay clear!
