I would not advice you to come to the Kinex outlet. Service is always consistently poor, the staff are very prone to making mistakes. Got charged for extra ingredients but they didn't pack it in. The quality of the food here is lousy compared to their other outlets elsewhere. Hopefully the management looks into this. Otherwise, Qiji elsewhere is actually good.

OMG - The mee siam was so so so good. Why because the GRAVY was shiok. I even drink up the gravy too. Just love it.
I saw a notice that says free meal if purchase comes without receipt. I didn't receive any except the buzzer. Moreover, the service by the woman at the beginning of the queue line had one of the worse customer service. I'm not asking for anything but please review the standards you have especially for front liners like her. Turning a deaf ear to customers when she was practically in front of us and giving the wrong order after repeating our request are definitely unacceptable. It is a Saturday and I'm here with family but the lunch experience we had ruined the weekend mood. Kindly review and check on this outlet's service quality.
First time at this Qi Ji outlet. Have not visited Qi Ji for months too. Wasn't crowded at around 4.30pm & was surprised that their dishes like Mee Siam is a healthier choice. The noodles are brown rice vermicelli. Tastes just as good. Popiah is delicious as well.
Good local cuisine chain with best laksa in the city. Highly recommend this place for affordable meal.
I recommend eating their deluxe laksa. It's really filling and they give a lot of seafood
The Nasi Lemak Set 1 at 4.60, I think is value for money.You order and minimal waiting time to get the food. The Popiah is probably one fo the best in Singapore.Its firm, not wet and mushy and can ask for extra spicy if you like it hot.
First time trying, nasi lemak wasn't bad could have been warmer.
