I bought a house which QT Homes were selling. My first viewing was on the 23 January, and we completed on the 1st March. This is a huge testament to the professionalism and commitment QT Homes provide to their customers. Melissa kept me informed and updated throughout, so I always knew what was happening and what to expect. Melissa herself is fantastic, very friendly, approachable and professional. She allowed me access to the property on a few occasions so I could measure up and just check some final bits over. This really helped in the preparation to my moving. I'd had a bad experience previously with another estate agent where after nearly 4 months of constant battling, the deal died. So to use QT for the property I've actually moved into was a godsend. It was such a quick and smooth process, I am really impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend QT Homes for anyone buying or selling, and will certainly use them again in the future. I visited the offices of QT homes today following a recommendation. I could not have wished for a more helpful, knowledgeable and friendly estate agency. I spoke to both Mariam and Melissa about the local market for a considerable amount of time and was very impressed with both the knowledge conveyed but also the fact that this information was so readily shared with someone who had no previous contact with QT Homes. Mariam and Melissa at QT Homes really are a revelation and a breath of fresh air when it comes to estate agents. they are lovely, friendly people, but this aside, they actually also are expert professionals and get results.
