Excellent and very clean, I wish I could bring my whole family to live here, rent is not expensive and the landlords are very flexible if you are a little late for rent, very happy!!

If I had a choice, this place wouldn’t get the one star I’m required to give! My boyfriend stayed here for three years and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here! He stayed here for the convenience of where he worked and how close we lived to one another! The landlord does not know how to talk to you without getting hot headed! He talks to you, no matter how old you are, like you’re a kid! Just very disrespectful! He will keep over talking you and will not let you get a word in edge wise! He goes into your apartment nonstop while you’re not there and checks your place out! In the summer time, he expects you to have your temperature set on 80 when you’re not home! If it’s not on 80, he will turn it on 80! He will not call you or notify you letting you know that he’s coming in! If you are home and don’t answer the door fast enough, he’ll go ahead and come on in anyway, not caring if you’re indecent or asleep! When something goes wrong inside the apartment, it takes them forever to take care of it or get it fixed, if it gets fixed at all! Don’t let the pics you see deceive you! They spray poison on the grass or around the pretty water fountain and light poles and trees bc they’re too lazy to weed eat! If you do something that upsets him or that he doesn’t like and your lease has run out, he will raise your rent on demand with no warning! He will do everything in his power to keep you from getting your deposit back when you move out! It’s best to document everything that’s wrong with the apartment when you move in and while you’re staying there, just to cover yourself! If you want your privacy respected, want to be treated with respect and want nice landscaping, this place isn’t for you!

Excellent place to live, peaceful and well organized, I have 2 years living here and never had a problem. The lease is very simple and clear to understand. Landlords are always around fixing and cleaning everything, but in all places are always nasty people throwing trash in the parking lot and outside of the dumpster, but the landlords are always cleaning and you don’t see that nowhere.
