Ron offered an initial contract that was vaguely written scope of work for cost that was on the low range. He made verbal assurances of work to be included at signing. Needed 50% upfront, then afterwards found every way to cut corners and cost or exclude explicitly stated work. If you bring anything up about the contract he throws a temper tantrum. He shoved the contract back in my face 2x and screamed profanity when I wouldn’t give him another 25% when he was 1 week late and nothing was 100% complete. I let him finish the work a week later and settled for 10 % less than his balance which added 10% over contract. Owner beware, itemize all the work and buy all your materials.

When a contract is signed, one always expect to have the job completed. Our master bathroom is not complete as requested, and now Quality Construction will not return calls. Very disappointed. I recommend not paying everything agreed upon in the contract until it is known that everything works, and the job complete.
