The entire experience with QFD was fantastic. We were a bit gun shy after having had other experiences with salesmen who had lied or been pushy. Dustin was great, he listened, he educated and was never pushy. Each step of the way was exactly as described to us. The installer Tom was on time, very professional and did a fabulous job with the floors. 1900 sqft later our home is transformed! Thanks QFD we will be recommending your services!

Top Notch Experience: Very pleased with the entire process. Dustin took care of everything, including some custom requests. He came and did a full measure so that we could explore different options as we looked at different flooring. We came in with a preconceived notion of what we wanted, but Dustin provided other options that were a better fit for our home. All of the flooring arrived within the promised timelines. Our installer (Brad) was great. He took his time and the results show it. I will not hesitate to recommend them for any job. We intend to have them come back and install in other rooms.
