I asked about pricing on the green mountain grills. With everything going on right now I was patient. But waiting over a week on pricing with messages saying “I got busy” , “I have to check stock” and “something is wrong with my email. Sounds to me they didn’t want my business. Which is fine to me but tell me upfront. Thanks Josh for treating someone this way when they were referred to you.

Been in the business 30 plus years stumbled onto Doug at Quality by mistake I live in Minnesota and have bought all of my snow removal equipment from quality had a few issues Doug and his staff always got the job done weather it was next day parts or fixing the problem over the phone as everyone knows when you are in the Snow business it has to be done now!! Nice to have a Partner in my business that cares as much as I do.

Everything went smooth, Bill was a big help and worked good with me on the plow. All transactions went well great communication. Only real problem I had and still have I try to find a price for any snow plow part the website won't let me get in to the part to see a description or price of the part.
