We used their services when my son passed away. The price was fine, the quality of the work was good. The ability to communicate in a way that shows respect and awareness of what families are going through was not good. You feel like you are buying a used car with the way they so casually address payment, delivery, etc. When you call to ask about the delivery of a headstone there is no sensitivity to the issue at all. I called, they casually said, \they are delivering now\ then said they would call back. They did not. The next day the called, and while laughing said, \sorry we forgot to call you.\ Not professional in a lot of aspects.

Picked out a design and left a down payment with them at the end of May. After six weeks of no update, we got 2 weeks of empty promises saying they would have the lady in charge call us back. We finally got the proof after 8 WEEKS. We approved it, and looked forward to getting the tombstone made. After FOUR MONTHS, we called to ask about the status and were told they hadn’t send the proof off to be made because we “hadn’t paid the balance” when we were only asked to leave a down payment and pay the rest once it was finished. Extremely frustrated, we told them to cancel our order and return our down payment. Magically, the tombstone was ”ready” and “on its way” a couple days after we cancelled our order. The tombstone came in shortly after, they sent us a picture of it and said they’d install it after we paid the balance off, but we didn’t give in. They didn’t return our down payment, are so disorganized, dishonest, can’t keep their word, and clearly should not be working with grieving families.
