Our cat came in at 1.30am with a massive gash on his chin, and Quantock were amazing. He couldn't be left until morning because of the risk of blood loss and shock, and the out of hours vet was kind, helpful and informative. When we rang them once normal hours had begun again the staff were very helpful. They gave us a full report and even helped us with what we needed to tell our insurer. I was over the moon to get a phone call this afternoon to say he'd had an operation to repair the cut and he was ready to come home. The vet nurse was great too, even with two excited boys in the room because their cat was allowed home, she went through everything we needed to know and made sure we had everything we needed. A lovely practice where we were made to feel like our cats wellbeing was cared about, and not just a number in a queue. Thank you QVH from all of us.

I would like to say to quantock veterinary Alicia the nurse was very reassuring and understanding the vet himself explain to us in layman's terms what was happening with my 5mnth old gsd puppy Alicia call me through the night to let me know what and how she was doing I gave them a 5-star as there was nothing more they would or could have done

I've never had a problem with these vets Premises clean and airy. Staff helpful and empathetic. Easy to find with ample car parking.

Professional and caring service but expensive.. Do not purchase medication from QVH, obtain a prescription and buy on line. Saved 67% on Milbemax Worming pills, thats more than 60 for a 6 month supply.
