Seian provides so much more than the usual hypnotherapist. He takes a psychological approach to understand the issue, then progressively explores each aspect before each hypno session. The sessions are structured and well prepared and followed up with supportive, positive and thought-provoking emails/msgs. The digital recording of each session is helpful and reinforces the session content. I’d recommend booking sessions in advance due to high demand.
Cannot recommend Seian and Quantum Hypnotherapy highly enough. I completed the Quit Smoking program one month ago which was only one session followed by lots of support, care and useful tips from Seian. Being a smoker for 25 years and trying multiple times, unsuccessfully, to quit in the past I was not entirely convinced this would work but it really has. My mindset has changed and I feel great! Thank you Seian, I couldn’t have done this without you!
