Great old school style gym. Impressed by the range of equipment for bodybuilding/powerlifiting, circuit training and cardio. Very chilled vibe, affordable, and they actually care about their members!

It's a very good place to do gym. The best mix between good machines, friendly staff and not too busy in peak time. Definitely one of the best gyms I've ever been in Brisbane. Plus there are plenty of space to Park around the gym!
