I have had a number of issue's with the surgery that has almost cost me and my family members our lives. From misdiagnoses of illnesses and conditions to lack of help and reluctant to actually do anything for you or investigate what is wrong with you. If you are white on the other hand then your in for some attempt at good treatment, fast appointment and good serve but if your anything else like black then I'm fearfully to say your at risk of becoming another statistic and casualty of there malpractice. that's if you get past receptionist who are happy to give you medical advise and recommendations when not qualified to do so nah asked for.

So disappointed with this surgery, I am very understanding with covid changing how we make appointments and see doctors however the only way I can sum up my experience is that they may as well be closed. On several occasions they have fobbed my baby son off to urgent care centres, on both occasions the doctor hasn't even bothered to speak to me to get more information, just the receptionist stating to go to urgent care centres in which they are not happy about his own doctors not seeing him I've also called this morning regarding myself, the receptionist said the doctor would call me back today and again no call back! I am changing GP practices

Fantastic surgery, professional, supportive, caring. I have been with the surgery 3 years now I have had a few issues that have happened all at once and was feeling low but Dr Penumacka and Dr Maher I can't thank them enough how they have improved my life they are very knowledgeable Dr Penumacka does knee and shoulder injections at the surgery which changed my life for the better. All the Receptionists are so helpful, so efficient this surgery is very well run, they have a very contentious Practice Manager you can see thay all get along as a team. Thank you Quarry Bank Medical Centre.

Cannot fault Dr Penumaka, she’s wonderful. She has totally turned the medical centre around after the quite frankly awful previous GP's

Been there for nearly a year now. Really great staff. Dr Penumaka is a great doctor, easy to talk to, caring, really listens to you as a patient. Fantastic doctor.
