0 stars for Meo, making me wait almost 2 months for an Internet connection. 4 stars for the people working in this particular office, having to suffer a computer system from Meo that seems less than usefull, while also having to endure the same, horrible, long wait times when calling Meo directly, that I am used to. Courage! Please Meo, show some respect towards your people in small offices like this and either give them the tools to do something usefull, or provide them with prompt and immediate telephone support. Or, Meo, why not just do your job properly so myself and many others don't need to go to small offices like this in a desperate attempt to get anything done. It's not normal that so many people are always queueing in front of offices like this. You should be ashamed.

It was a long wait, phone shops always are. Once it wasy turn the guy was really helpful, knowledgeable and kindly spoke English to me. Actually I have been to this shop before on another holiday. I can recommend!

Meo is good internet however, Thier service is suspect,

Personally, I think MEO is one of the best Internet, TV, and phone providers.️ You can still get ADSL, which is much cheaper than for instance the glassfiber connection. And MEO provides an ADSL Internet only subscription, without forcing you to have to take the Portuguese TV channels (that you don't watch, or understand), for 16,- per month. If you also want a fixed phone line, in addition to the ADSL Internet, you pay 22,- per month. This includes free phoning between 21:00 and 09:00 on weekdays, and 24 hour free phoning on weekends and bank-holidays to all national numbers beginning with 289. It is possible to buy an extra International phone packet, which enables you to phone abroad for special rates. Sadly the shop is not wheelchair accessible.
