Thankfully, Quatro's was open as we passed through town. We ordered the large, deep dish Quatro's Challenge. We were on a road trip, so taking it to go for into our plans. It did NOT disappoint. The pizza is as delicious as it was when I was in college 30 years ago. (How's that even possible?!?) The only thing that has changed is my ability to consume the entire pizza myself. Keep it up, Quatro's! I'm so glad to see that you have survived while so much has changed in Carbondale. I will continue to order Quatro's every time I'm in C'dale!

The ordering and pick up process was very smooth. Nice staff. The pizza is fine.
Always a pleasurable experience and delicious food! They bring the kids a bowl of cheese and croutons and a package of crackers to eat while waiting for their food.
I don't even know what to say. Quatro's is amazing. Of all the pizza I've eaten, this might be my favorite. If you're looking for a \pan-style\ pizza... this is it. The service has always been great, and the food even better.
Quatros is a family owned restaurant. They are know for their amazing pizza's but have pasta and sandwiches on their menu too. They are a staple in the Carbondale community and with SIU students and alumni. Call 549-5326 Quatros Deep Pan Pizza!
