Quay Yoga is amazing. Calming and beautiful space with a fantastic teacher. I take 2:1 classes with my partner that are tailored to our needs each time. Yoga at a different level. Highly recommended!

Whether you are experienced in yoga or trying it for the first time this is a great studio to attend. There is a wide range of classes and styles and their introductory offer allows you to try everything and find which suits you best. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and create an atmosphere that allows you to be completely calm and relaxed. As someone who was new to yoga it was very nice to have that welcoming feel to each class. Highly recommended!

Quay Yoga Studio is fantastic! It's not a classic yoga studio, it made me feel welcome and comfortable. It has loads of different classes available, from energising hot yoga to relaxing twilight yoga. Would 100% recommend giving a go, as they have a great intro offer for the first month!
