Clean. Friendly service. Great location in city center. We walked everywhere.
We were here shortly to get a coffee to go. Quality of coffee not so great and the post-corona experience in the shop also not great. We just wanted a glass of water and the guy preparing the coffee made a big fuss about it. Not worth the trouble.
the espresso was nice. eating here proved very dangerous, though. while they seem to indicate relevant ingredients, they didn't indicate alcohol or sprouts would be in the vegetarian Bolognese - I wouldn't trust any other ingredient indication, now. These two ingredients are dangerous to any pregnant wife. mine would have accepted a complementary alternative when we notified multiple staff. Unfortunately, we were met with defensiveness, excuses and justifications going so far as to suggest we should have inquired for every ingredient before ordering. well, don't indicate any ingredients in the menu and i will. indicate just some and I will be mislead. These kinds of problems should generally be quickly escalated, the servers instead failed to handle it.
Will not be returning back anytime soon.
Bad customer service for non German speakers. The person who attended me was grumpy for having to speak in English with me.
Gorgeous place and excellent coffee
A delicious gem in Quedlinburg. We stumbled across this place hoping for a decent coffee. Bingo! The outdoor courtyard was a small oasis where we could enjoy the sun and sample the coffee, which was being roasted before our eyes. There is a blackboard and a little sandpit for the kids to play in - what a bonus. I highly recommend the Schoko Torte and a plunger of Samocca. The staff were all lovely and friendly and the service was quick. A great place to wile away an hour in between sightseeing.
